The room was quiet from the inside, but our room faced the street and you hear the hustle and bustle of the city… Which we don’t mind too much the staff was great and I felt it was safe with our entry key. We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional."
