"Good parking. Nice area. Staff were friendly. Room was cold even with heating on, asked for an extra heater but the staff couldn’t find me one. Mold growing on the inside of the fridge. Food was pretty poor from the boathouse cafe, cheap though. "

Had an issue with not enough bedding and towels (for sofa bed) but Moeen was quick to sort it out for us, not easy to find parking but managed. Maybe the only suggestion I would make is have enough cutlery and plates etc for 6 people, which is how many can sleep here."
