"The quality of renovation of our unit was fabulous. Location is good but only get one resident parking permit which was a little inconvenient as we had two vehicles. There were just two negatives which are easily rectified. 1.Last two days, unit next door was occupied by a family with two dogs. Family went out during daytime leaving dogs to bark non-stop. I notified landlord but situation did not change. 2. I saw a couple of mice; one in our unit and one on stairs coming up to our unit."

"The property was according to the listing and photos. The location is perfect for enjoying all Newport has to offer. The apartment, however, is directly above a restaurant that serves breakfast (a delicious breakfast, I might add), requiring them to arrive, accept deliveries, and begin cooking and serving before 6 am making it VERY difficult to sleep. Additionally, the resident of the apartment above has a very heavy step - of no fault of the property manager or owner, but potential guests...

The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The location was ideal, except for hearing some loud music, from nearby bars, on weekend nights."
