"The staff were welcoming, but they have their work cut out for them. The hotel is rather old and worn, and it not in the nicest of neighborhoods. For a guy traveling alone, flying out of Burbank, it was OK for one night. I wish them well."

"I always have a good stay here. But, last night a lady and her baby were so loud. She was cussing someone out while her baby screamed crying in the middle of the night and 6am. A construction truck full of a work crew … almost side swiped my car in the parking lot. I had to run out and yell. They were just checking on rooms for the night. But, work trucks should have to park in the back lot. They are too big for the spaces on the ground floor near doors. Thank you!"

"I’m still shocked that this location is not ranked higher! The pictures do not do it justice! We made last minute spring break plans to go to universal and stumbled upon this listing- it has everything you need and my teen was so happy ( which is really hard to achieve sometimes lol). Theirs golf, corn hole, hot tub, pool, and more! The arcade was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the location was great! Easy drive to universal and all of Hollywood sites. We will definitely be staying here again! The owner was easy to communicate with and was super personable! If I could give more stars I would ! "
