"We appreciated the safe neighborhood and the house feeling like a home, especially so arriving with kids. No questions at all about cleanliness was a plus! The kitchen was very user-friendly whether you're a light cook or a serious chef, and the internet was highly stable. Really, it was definitely a "plug and play" rental and felt comfortable and cozy. A little personal perk too was the sense of the original 1950s house but with very helpful modern upgrades. If I could offer 3 suggestions, it would be black-out curtains for all rooms, a newer full mattress in the bedroom with the two beds, and white noise machines as I believe there was regular train service in the distance... that one may not affect others, but also it may too. In the big picture though, this is a well-done rental and a smart decision we made."

"Quick and hassle free booking and checking in, front desk attendant was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Spacious, Clean and fresh smelling room with stocked towels, toilet paper and soaps. Freshly made and very comfortable bed, free WiFi and cable, laundry room with microwave on site, respectful and peaceful neighbors, quiet and calm environment with very friendly maids that actually know how to clean very well and take their job seriously by maintaining professionalism and keeping the building and rooms exceptionally clean and they go above and beyond to accommodate any necessary needs you may have. And to top it all off they even served everyone up with a free yummy Thanksgiving meal gathering around back and allowed you to get seconds if you wanted to and boy was that feast delicious! Vagabond Inn is and always will be THE BEST!!! They earn 10 ⭐️’s and the moon from me any day! "

"The interior of the home is beautiful and updated despite the older neighborhood. The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Only concern is that the code to get into the home did not work two different times (upon arriving and after a backpacking trip). We had to contact the owner to reset the code. Although she was responsive, we were exhausted from traveling and one time it was dark outside and we did not feel safe not being able to enter the home. Hopefully, this will be quickly resolved by the owner because otherwise the stay was great. "

"This is a scam I rented the house out for two month the host was staying I the house never opened the door never gave check-in information. Was told by the neighbors they have been doing this to pay off a new car. "

"The home setup is overall very good. Big rooms and lots of common space. Nice large kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. If looking for north LA this is a great option. "

"The studio was very nice - clean, attractive, quiet and well-furnished. We had one question for the owner (how to turn on the TV!), who responded very quickly. Lots of nice treats provided, as well as suggested local restaurants, which we took advantage of. Street parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again. "
