My place is located in a new modern urban area and it's ideal expat community living!! The unit is perfect for a small family with one kid.
30 minutes to the city centre and 10 minutes to the new CBD, the condominium is TOP in 2018 and developed by CapitaLand from Singapore. It comprises 4 blocks of 40 – 41 storeys; and my unit is at Block S2, the best viewing block overlook at the infinity pool. The Ground Floor and 5th Floor are reserved for a vast array of more than 60 facilities, including infinity pools, four-seasons pool, modern gym, function room, amongst others.
The unit is Fully Furnished, with the view looking down at the infinity pool.
Squarish layout and Spacious room size! This unit is on the high floor!
This is a 2 BR unit with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is big with a king-size bed. It has a large window for great natural light and ventilation.
The living room and dining room share a common space and have a 3 seater sofa, a 39" TV, coffee table, dining table, storage room.
