Convenient, comfortable but
Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated. Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld. A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel. Es ist zwar sehr hellhörig, aber alles in allem war es eine gute Unterkunft, die ich weiterempfehlen kann.

Charming hotel that makes you feel at home. Nice rooms. Quiet. Nice surroundings. Easy access to city center of Hamburg. Excellent breakfast. Everything was great accept the lack of room service during a 3 night stay, i.e. no cleaning or fresh towels.

Kleine Mogelpackung
Leider hat die Realität relativ wenig mit dem Online-Auftritt von diesem Hotel zu tun. Es war extrem laut, sehr kalt und sehr sehr alt. Es gibt auch Gründe warum hier keine Bäder zu sehen sind. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Was soll man sagen? Preis/Leistung Lichtjahre auseinander! Das Badezimmer im Zustand, wo nur noch der Abriss eine Lösung ist, unterirdisch ist noch gelobt! Der Rest leider auch nicht besser! Sorry Fotos auf der Internetseite und in der Realität passen nicht zusammen.

Die Zimmerbilder auf der Webseite sind nur Werbebilder. Einzelzimmer sind viel viel kleiner. Nach entsprechender Anmerkung dessen bekam ich ein Doppelzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist für meinen Geschmack veraltet, was gerade im Bad auffällt. Das Zimmer war sehr Fußkalt, obwohl es schon eine angenehme Temperatur hatte. Die Türen sind alle alt und lassen alles an Schall und Luft durch, zudem klemmen diese. Das Fernsehsignal reißt ab und zu ab (wahrscheinlich Satschüssel). Das Frühstück war soweit okay, es gab genügend Auswahl.

Grote en schone kamer, geen mogelijkheid voor drinkwater of koffie te nuttigen op de kamer (was niet aanwezig), krappe badkamer maar goed en schoon verder. Zeer prettig personeel. Goed ontbijt en de hotelmanager zorgde er zelfs voor om scrambled eggs voor mij klaar te maken, uitstekend. Rustige en mooie ligging van het hotel.

This was a FIRST. First time I had a room without a table, first time I had a room without a luggage tray, first time I had a room without a water glas (neither in the room, nor in the bathroom).
