Staff, Tea, was wonderful ‼️. But she would NOT replace soap and hand drying towels in your main bathroom?! Room was nice as was cleanliness and towels. Keep getting knocked off internet and almost had to beg for more coffee. But we did enjoy our stay. Wish we could have checked in a bit earlier!

One night in Pape’ete

We chose this hotel for a one night stay after a cruise. It was a “budget” hotel close to the wharf. We had a room where the AC was broken, and they moved us to a new room right away. The breakfast was nice and served very efficiently by great Tahitian staff. Not a bad place to stay for one night.

The room could definitely use an update. Holes being patched in the wall but not finished, the tv had very little options. We don’t understand the shower door because it looks like it was designed not to close all the way, so the floor gets wet. But the most frustrating part was the kitchenette that had nothing included. A sink, but no microwave or dishes, so it was basically useless. The room did have a fridge, working air conditioner, was clean, and the proximity to the airport and town were great.

Easy access to cruise terminal and airport

The staff was friendly and professional. They were helpful with restaurants selection for the area as well as booking taxi for airport transfer. The hotel is a bit dated. However, it is a great place to stay for pre cruise or pro cruise stay since it is only a short distance from the cruise port and the airport.

The hotel has a nice reception but the rooms are quite dated, staff were friendly and helpful with storing our bags after checkout. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and towels, only the shower could have been a bit cleaner as the tiles/grout needed a good clean.

While the hotel is a good location close to ferry port, market, restaurants, etc it’s still very dated and not the cleanest. Only stayed one night after a late flight coming then early flight leaving the next day
