Ulmarra Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is an old building so don't expect the rooms to be modern...having said that there was everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and warm and the included breakfast was more than adequate. Check in was super easy. Be aware that there is a flight of steps to go up to all rooms so if mobility is an issue this could be a little tricky The bathrooms are shared but are close to all rooms and the showers were nice and hot. Dinner at the bistro was delicious. Despite being above the pub it was very quiet. Would recommend a stay. Quaint small town close to Grafton right on the river."

"The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy; however, the toilet flush buttons barely worked. The shower was not properly sealed, so water easily leaked out onto the floor. Also, the lack of a bathroom ventilation fan left the room quite humid after hot showers, even with the small window left open overnight."

"Resort is set in beautiful peaceful garden full of trees and wildlife. Bufet breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean are very spacious but need to be refreshed as they looking bit run down. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Overall we had a good time staying there."

"Little hidden gem, it's a smaller resort but the rooms are what makes it a great stay, will def be going back, the room was clean and spacious. It feels like you're in the middle of the forest with where it's located. The fact that you had the option to cook your own food was a bonus."
