"Myself and my partner had the most incredible stay here. Ryan our guide was so knowledgable and went out of his way to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. "
"Well located hotel to get around from and very close to the subway.
Appreciated the private lounge facility and the only hotel on our trip to Japan that offered gluten-free bread and clearly and outwardly displayed that they understood allergens.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was a good size, clean and very comfortable."
"The staff were very welcoming, polite and extremely friendly at all times. Our room was very clean and although some reviews stated that the rooms are usually compact, we had a room with 3 beds and it was very spacious. We had everything in the room including pyjamas and sandals provided. Good location with a 7/11 shop right infront and a coffee shop on the left (30 seconds) and a starbucks to the right, less than a minute. 5 stars for an overall review including price, comfort and satisfaction. Thank you"
"My second time here, always friendly, attentive helpful staff. Great rooms, very clean, nice amenities and a nice breakfast. Will come again hopefully due to the kind staff and great location."
