Comfortable bed and very clean, close to the station. Nowhere to put luggage except the hallway in to the room.. Coffee making available but out in the hallway nook. No staff onsite but messages were answered very quickly.

No good information for the parking lot !!!

The room which I stayed was very small, a wash basin-too small, the shower hose was dirty, however I like this hotel and right enough for me. Need to be mind it that the parking fee was more than 13,000.Yen for a night.

廁所有點令人不舒服

酒店沒有電梯，需要自行搬行季上房，比起酒店更像一間學生宿舍。 房間整潔乾淨，只是馬桶有點黑色的污垢，水龍頭位置也有發霉的狀況，令人感覺不舒服。位置則是100分的。

箱根駅伝観戦で利用しました。 直前でも空いてました。 部屋は狭いですが清潔。 一階が美味しそうな飲食店で混んでました。 コンビニは近くにセブン、ローソンあり。 ちょっと歩けば温泉もあります。 ゆっくりできました。

立地が良く、使いやすいホテル

今回2回目の利用です。前回の滞在が良かったので今回も利用させていただきました。 コンビニ、お店やレストランが近くにあり立地は非常に良いです。 ベッドが部屋の半分ほどを占めていますが、広い為問題なし。きちんと清掃もされている為快適に利用できます。 駐車場がなく、近くのパーキングを利用する為、利用時間にもよりますが駐車場料金が一晩で3000〜6000円ほど掛かります。 その出費は大きいですが、それでもまた宿泊したくなるようなホテルです。

滞在2日目に部屋にあるティッシュが2つとも無くなってしまって不便でした。残量はちゃんとチェックして欲しかったです。あと、タオルの匂いが独特なので柔軟剤を変えた方がいいと思います。それ以外は、値段が値段なのでこんなものかなと思います。

便利な立地と気軽に泊まれる価格がありがたいです！

二度目の滞在です。 一年前と変わらずキレイでした！ お風呂が癒されます。 できれば…栓抜きがあると嬉しいです。(近くのセブンイレブンにも売ってます) あと金庫があると嬉しいです。 あとは鏡前に照明あるとメイクが捗るなあ… でもでも！そのままでも充分大好きなお宿です。 また泊まらせて頂きたいです！

清潔で快適でした

当日の予約でしたが、予約も簡単でセルフチェックインの方法もわかりやすかったです。 駐車場徒歩5分ほどの駐車場を利用しましたが散歩しながら川沿いを歩けばすぐ着きました。 駅からも近く便利だと思います。 1階のイタリアンも美味しく、ピザが焼けたら届けてもらえました。 お部屋の清掃は隅々まで行き届いてるわけではないですが、清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。

箱根湯本駅から大変近い立地で便利でした。ホテルに温泉はありませんが、駅からタクシーを利用すると、多くの日帰り温泉に行けます。スタッフの方は誰もいませんが、コーヒーもセルフサービスで用意されていましたし、不便に思うこともありませんでした。ただ、スタンダードルームはとても狭いので、男性二人の場合はつらいかもしれません。

また利用したい

部屋は少し狭いと感じるが、とても雰囲気が良くきれいに整っていた。バスルームも綺麗で言うことはない。 コロナ対策が施しており、基本的に無人で人と接することがないのがとても良い。 部屋の案内にあるレストランで、テイクアウトができるのか、デリバリーしてくれるのかその辺が書いてあるとさらに良い。電話番号が書いてなかったので、何の意味があるのだろうと思った。

駅から近く、子連れでも普段のない旅が出来ました。 スイートはお風呂の間接照明やテレビが豪華でした！ アメニティも揃っていて、冷凍冷蔵庫やポットなどの設備も便利で良かったです。

The hotel was extremely close to the train station, but far enough away from everything in a quiet area. It was easy to find and above a nice bistro. The cost of the stay was reasonable and we enjoyed it. We saw the pictures and we knew we were getting a small, efficient room. Some would be surprised, but we liked it. We had a nice toiletry bag set up with essentials and a jinbei/ PJ set. The coffee bar outside the room was convenient. We would stay again.

概ね満足

チェックインアウトは人を介さずストレスフリー。部屋は快適で、広くはないが畳にちゃぶ台、ミニ冷蔵庫あり便利。寝具タオルもあり。寝具のクッションも丁度いい。風呂は1坪で体を洗うスペースあり。共有設備は電子レンジ、コーヒーサービスあり。トースターもあればなおよいかと。　　 ただ、周辺のコインパーキングがかなり高いのは要注意、少し離れた町役場前でも24時間1300円します。とは言え、家族で旅館となると相当高い箱根でリーズナブルに泊まれるここは貴重だと思います。
