시설은 조용하고 좋으나 외국인보단 현지인을 위한 것 같음

체크인을 하려하는데 1달전 예약했음에도 방이 없다며 예약이 끝났다고 불친절하게 안내하셔서 당황했습니다. 결국 호텔 측의 착오였고 그때서야 방으로 안내해주셨으나, 그 시간동안 당황스럽게 기다려야만 했습니다. 방은 4층이었고 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어를 들고 걸어올라가야합니다. 노천탕이 없어서 아쉬웠고 생각했던 가이세키 요리가 아니라 실망스러웠습니다.

Hotellet erbjuder tid för avkopplande japanska bad och en fantastisk japansk middag/upplevelse som ingår i priset. Här får man tid att stanna upp och bara vara. Hotellet är rent och har vänlig personal men tyvärr bara en engelsk talande. Behöver man avkoppling och upplevelse av gammaldags "ryokan style" så kan jag rekommendera hotellet.
