サウナとジャグジーのついている部屋で、とてもリラックスした時を過ごすことができました。施設全体としても大きすぎず、ごみごみしていないところがよかったです。 夕飯・朝食も味もボリュームもちょうどいいものでした。 なによりもお若いスタッフの皆さんの気持ちの良い接客に癒されました。露天風呂付の部屋もあるとのことでまた利用したいと思います。

朝夕二食付きのプランしかないが、その食事の運営に課題が多い。スタッフが一品一品サーブする形をとるが、決められた時間に一斉に多くの客が同じ場所で食事を始めるため、スタッフの動線が多くて煩雑、客の食事の展開を見ていない。やたらに間が多くなり食事を終えるまでに無駄な時間がかかる。配膳スタッフも疲れていて雑な対応である。

価格なりかな？

フロントに電話が繋がりにくく、何回もかける事になりました。また、トイレットペーパーが切れてしまうと言うハプニングもありましたが、それ以外は快適でしたね。 周辺に何もないので、コンビニで買い込みしておくと良いなと思いました。

驚きの小さなホテル！大満足ですよ！

チェックインはジャズが流れる中、 ウエルカムドリンクを飲みながらバーカウンターで。ワインが美味しくて、リラックス。小さなホテルの良さを感じ、すでに大満足。小さいながらも清潔で感じの良い浴場でさっぱりした後の、美味しい料理。サービス係の女性と楽しく会話しつつ、その美味しさに驚き、これまた大満足。毎年通うことを主人と誓ったのでした。

総合点満点の宿

コロナ過の中、ほかの宿泊者との接触を避けるには最高の宿でした、部屋付き露天風呂は温度も適温で湯船の大きさも二人で入浴するには最適でした、半露天風呂は抵抗がありこれまでは選選択肢にありませんでしたが、こちらの半露天風呂は開感もあり、逆にシャワーを使うときに閉めると冬の寒さも遮断され便利でした、ベットもサーダがひいてあるので寝心地も最高ででした、今回はあえて夕食を付けませんでしたが、朝食もとてもおいしく頂き、コロナが落ち着いたら夕食付で訪問指定です。総合点で満点を付けさせていただきました、これからも頑張って頂きたい宿です。

別館の室内に露天風呂が付いているお部屋に宿泊しました。自然を感じながらゆったり過ごせて、お食事も美味しかったです。食事も部屋の造りもプライベートな空間を満喫できました。 また関わって頂いたスタッフの皆様が本当に親切で、マニュアル以外の親切な対応もしていただき、助かった場面もありました。 コロナ渦の中お誕生日をお祝いしたく今回は別館を利用しましたが、行き届いた配慮とサービスで安心して過ごせました。 また利用させていただきたいです。

食事が出汁が良くきいていて美味しかったです。 お風呂についてはかけ流しですと良かったですが全体的に清潔感があり好感が持てました。 一人で泊まれるようなのでまた行こうと思います。

Hot springs are nice and very relaxing. The only inconvenience is that they don´t have service restaurant without previous reservation, and that was not clarified at reservation time, so, I couln´t buy dinner inside the hotel

客室は清潔感がありとても良かったです。 客室の露天風呂も2人で入るのにちょうどよくまた利用したい。 晩ご飯はいただきませんでしたが朝ご飯はとてもおいしく次は晩ご飯も食べたいと思いました。

Nice place

Impressed with the staff and service. Nice touch with the welcome drink at check in. We had not ordered dinner and they happily drove us to a local eatery and picked us up when we were done. Breakfast was great. The room was average, but clean. The onsen nice! Great for place for couples. Will return.

騒がしくなく静かに時間を過ごすことができました。清潔感ある館内で、部屋も綺麗つたした。ウェルカムドリンクから大人なサービスを提供しているところは他にない部分です。夜にバーカウンターで軽食とお酒がゆっくり楽しめる雰囲気が出せると、より大人が愉しむに近くなるかと思いました。
