"The host was very accommodating. We requested an early check-in, and they allowed us to check-in early. The only complaint is that we had to purchase our own toilet tissue. I was not aware that we needed to do that. Other than that, the house met our needs. There was enough room for everyone. The neighbor was quiet and close to where we needed to be. "

"The primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and laundry room smelled like CAT URINE. The owner sent cleaners. I trusted they would deal with the smell. They did not. The owner sent cleaners again. Still smelled but they placed air fresheners around the house. When I tried to negotiate some sort of reimbursement, the host hung up on me. There were other areas that showed lack of cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance."
