"Headline: Extremely Disappointing – Property Does Not Match Photos or DescriptionRating: 1/5 StarsI was very disappointed in this stay; the advertised pictures simply do not represent the current condition of the property. The house has been poorly maintained and did not live up to the written description.Key Issues:•Amenities: Several listed items were missing or in disrepair. There was no ping pong table, and the basketball hoop was unusable until we dragged it out of the dirt ourselves. The cornhole set and a filthy BBQ (which was out of propane) were hidden away in the side yard.•Cleanliness & Pests: The house was dirty upon arrival. There were cobwebs both inside and on the balcony. Most concerningly, we encountered roaches coming up through the bathtub drains. The exterior siding also had visible mold.•Kitchen & Supplies: The kitchen was poorly stocked. There was only one small tea towel, no dishwasher soap, and the frying pans were so warped that even cooking was impossible.•Maintenance: The upstairs shower heads leaked, the bottom floor bathroom was missing a toilet paper holder, and the provided towels were tiny and threadbare.Communication:I messaged the owner several times during our stay to address these missing items and maintenance issues, but I received zero response.Between the lack of communication and the subpar state of the home, I cannot recommend this rental. Save your money and book elsewhere."
