Top class 5 star service, food and room comfort. Will come back again.

The Trident (Business Hotel belonging to the Oberoi group) in Gurgaon, is an efficient well-run hotel close to Delhi airport. If you need to stay one or two nights in Delhi before moving on, it's a superb hotel to stay in: wonderful gym, pool, lovely service, excellent restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel any time.

On arrival the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned. A comment was made to the duty manager and things were cleaned perfectly. The staff even made a Ganesh elephant from towels. A very nice gesture. In the restaurant, Tavleen was very gracious and polite. At the end of our stay, I was asked if I could be in a group photo (no problem) and I was presented with a smiling face pancake. It’s the little things that make a difference.

Nice quiet property, service is good.

Always a pleasure to be here very convenient

The access to the Ambience Mall is very useful. The Mall has great variety of stores, restaurants, salons & theatres. Highly recommend the hotel for the efficient staff & service with warmth.
