"The staff were polite and the shuttle service worked perfectly. However, this resort is much more suited to families than to couples seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. Loud children’s screams could be heard from early morning until late at night, including around the beach club area, which made it difficult to relax. The location is also relatively far from the main downtown areas, although the shuttle service was reliable and convenient. In addition, the air conditioning was difficult to regulate to a comfortable, moderate temperature, and the room felt excessively cold throughout the stay. Overall, the polite staff and reliable shuttle were positives, but the noise levels and air-conditioning issues significantly affected my comfort. I would recommend this resort primarily to families rather than couples looking for peace and quiet."

"The resort is the perfect size, not too big and not too many guests. The pool area was lovely with plenty of spaces to choose from. There were shaded areas which were great for our kids. There were enough day beds but if you didn’t reserve on early on in the day then choices were limited. Breakfast had an excellent selection of food but got quite busy. One negative was the menu for lunch and dinner was astronomically expensive, compared to other options on the street down the road. Because of this, we chose not to eat at the resort in order to save some money. Kids club is also for ages 4 and up, which wasn’t ideal for us with a 3yr old. There should be an option for under 4 that isn’t a private nanny. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."
