Fantastic location and great amenities for our stay with our 8 month old. Would love it if they had a change table available in the lobby bathrooms for ease.
Our only criticisms were that the king bed is not a true king, but two singles held together by a very uncomfortable bridging plate, and that the shower drains had not been cleaned so water backed up and flooded out - we ended up cleaning the drains ourselves.

Hotel is clearly quite new. It is located within the CBD but not so close that it is noisy and in an overly busy area. Room (2 bed apartment) was large with two bathrooms. All very clean with comfortable beds and couches. Heating worked well. Curtains were block out and noise was barely audible from the streets. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We got room service on our first night - delivered quickly, was delicious and very reasonably priced.

A very accessible and easy to find hotel as you enter Canberra from the north, just off the Federal Highway. Nice little hotel room that's very clean with fluffy towels and comfortable bed. Small but functional bathroom with good water pressure. I really liked the sink next to the king sized bed. If you arrive during reception hours you'll be greeted with plenty of warmth and genuine hospitality and there are a range of food and snack options onsite. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff really helpful
The room and facilities were good, TV was average but was passable.
Got plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate but if you are staying more then a day make sure to have a small milk.
Overall great experience would definitely stay again.
