"Everything about this hotel was amazing. Convenient location next to the train station, very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. This was my first time visiting Japan and I rented other hotels thinking it was going to be easy for me to move around but not, next time I will definitely stay in this hotel only."

"I stayed in a double room and a single room .For the price it is okay-storage for luggage is under the bed.I find the bathroom very small as a 5’8 when sitting my knees nearly touch the door.Overall I found the single room to be slightly more spacier overall.Would stay here again because of the easy check in and out process.Especially the express check out which was very convenient for catching 5am trains to Narita airport.No complications."

"Although the room was very clean and tidy, with all the appliances, The stairs was not mentioned anywhere. Not easy to climb the stairs with luggages after 10 hours of flight. The communication with the personal was poor."
