"Loved the views and the location of the hotel!!! The staff was very kind and accommodating!"

"Don’t stay here. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the advertised air conditioning, and when we arrived, we were told it was “off for the season.” The room was hot and stuffy, leaving us no choice but to open the windows. That might sound fine because of the canal view, but it wasn’t—mosquitoes came in all night and we were constantly bitten. So it was either suffer in the heat or get eaten alive. Either way, we barely slept and it made the trip noticeably worse. Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs and bacon were always sitting out and barely warm. The bar was also a letdown—prices were far higher than anywhere else nearby, so it wasn’t even worth using. The only positives were the location and the housekeeping staff, who were much friendlier than the front desk. Everything else fell short."

"Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast tasty and tea time a nice afternoon bonus. "

"Le lieu a été facile à trouver, bien identifié. Rien à dire sur la propreté. La chambre était plutôt petite mais à 2 nous avons été en mesure de nous installer convenablement. C’était plutôt calme, notre chambre donnait sur une cours intérieure. Le personnel était très gentil et disponible en tout temps. Aucun commentaire sur le déjeuner car nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. À noter pour qui c’est important, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur."

"Room was ok, but extremely noisy from the square below - not the market people, but people drinking and dining at the restaurant directly below. We ended up leaving a day before we were due to check out, just so we could get a decent night sleep. This could be very different Monday to Thursday nights. Staff were very apologetic, but it’s not their fault people decide to drink, sing and yell out until 4am."

"Very close to train station - a 2 min walk. No stairs or bridges so easy when traveling with luggage. It's on a very busy street but I didn't hear any noise in my room. It's an easy straight walk to the ghetto. The room was nice but small. The shower did not have great water pressure, but it was fine. The staff was nice and helpful. No physical keys but staff offered to open the door on Shabbat. There is an automatic door to get in and out of the hotel, though. Overall great stay for the price. "
