"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "My stay at Hotel Qellenhof in Arosa was enjoyable. The hotel is well situated on the main street, serviced by a free bus service from the train station. The room was clean, with a balcony with an outstanding view. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with a pleasant attendant. The only downside was the lack of facilities in the room for making tea or coffee. An issue was that the hotel has no front desk or accessible person in charge. Check-in is electronic, so your phone has to be charged...
