I have felt warmly welcome here

Under the attentive and guest-centered leadership of Frau Leuenberger, the team of Hotel Sport makes the entire difference between what could be a comparatively old hotel and the place that it really is: a hotel where I have felt warmly welcome despite the Covid-induced complexities of the current times. I have really liked to be here and look forward to go back in future: thank you for a great stay!! A special thank you goes to Lisa: she is ultra friendly and patient and always has a smile, despite large numbers of out-of-control and sometimes seriously Covid non-compliant kids in the breakfast room. A remarkable achievement in her challenging position!

Perfekt für Familien

Sehr schönes Familienhotel. Da wird es auch bei schlechtem Wetter nie langweilig. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Die Familienzimmer sind schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Zimmer war sehr überheizt, obwohl wie die Regler auf die tiefste Stufe gestellt haben.

Leider führt der Name des Hotels in die Irre. Wir dachten, wir könnten in einem gut ausgestatteten Fitnessbereich Sport machen während die Kinder sich in der Playarea vergnügen. Leider handelt es sich bei dem Fitnessraum im Hotel „Sport“ um einen kleinen schlecht lieblosen Raum. Die Hanteln sind bei den Geräten nicht kompatibel, fehlen zum Teil, die Klammern zum Fixieren sind defekt sowie der Turm. Die Uhr benötigt einen Batteriewechsel, es ist kein Laufband vorhanden… Schade. Für die Weiterreise ok aber definitiv nicht als Haupturlaub. Ferner wurden unsere Schlüsselkarten einfach deaktiviert weil man glaubte, wir würden schon abreisen. Standen mit vollgepackt nach einer mehrstündigen Wanderung vor verschlossener Türe aber kein Wort der Entschuldung. Würden nicht wieder buchen.

Tolles Familienhotel

Uns hat es super gefallen! Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Vorallem die Kinderbowlingbahn hat es uns angetan. Minigolf (gratis!), Hallenbad, Streichelzoo und natürlich das Gamezimmer für die Teenies einfach top! Super erreichbar mit dem ÖV. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort!

What a shame!

This hotel has the potential of being a good choice for the area. It has great kids facilities although I don't think the hotel likes children very much. The hotel has been let down by appalling management and service. You might have a stress-free stay if you have no need to communicate with staff. However if you are unfortunate enough to have any needs or interactions with reception and/or management (especially Theresa), be prepared to have your experience turned upside down. Personally I would prefer to pay extra and stay in a hotel with a better customer service ethos and where the staff have been trained how to/not to speak to guests. It's very upsetting when management show little respect to their paying customers and are unable to show restraint when it comes to communication. (I would like to point out at this stage that there was one staff member - Sebastian - who I believe was delightful. He is new, young and probably not yet influenced by the hostile example of his colleagues).

Heerlijk verblijf

Prachtige locatie. Veel faciliteiten, ideaal voor kinderen. Wij hadden prachtig weer, maar ook bij regen voldoende te doen. Indoor zwembad was heerlijk met schitterend uitzicht over de vallei en bergen. Wij vertrokken s morgens vroeg. Personeel heeft ons een lunchpakket bereid en mee gegeven. Prima service.

Nettes Hotel für Familien

Personal war immer sehr freundlich; unser Zimmer war prinzipiell OK , jedoch fanden wir es etwas seltsam, dass es das Waschbecken und Spiegel direkt im Zimmer hat, Dusche und WC waren dafür jeweils seperat. Auch hätten wir es begrüßt, wenn die Bettwäsche im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts (6 Tage) 1x gewechselt hätten. Das Essen im Restaurant war immer Mega gut und wurde sehr schnell serviert. Schön ist auch, dass sie immer etwas zum malen für die Kinder am Platz haben.
