Amazing place !!

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Staff all so attentive and friendly. The amount of stuff to do for the children was amazing. We will definitely be back. Just amazing !!

Das Hotel Waldhuus ist sehr schön. Insbesondere die Saunalandschaft und der Ruheraum sind positiv hervorzuheben. Auch der 9-Loch-Minigolf-Platz, welcher gratis genutzt werden kann, war stimmig. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab auch laktosefreie Alternativen. Einzig das Personal war leider nicht so aufmerksam und könnte freundlicher sein.

Das Zimmer war für die gewählte Zimmerkategorie sehr grosszügig, das Bad jedoch sehr klein und unpraktisch. Die Möblierung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen (z.B. kaputter Stein im Badezimmer mit scharfer Kante, fleckiger Teppich). Das Frühstück war exzellent mit grosser Auswahl (inkl. frischer Eierspeisen). Die Atmosphäre war leider durchwegs sehr unpersönlich, das Personal unfreundlich (bei einer Nachfrage am Hauptdesk wurde ich beispielsweise mit „Hoi“ begrüsst und geduzt, was ich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angebracht finde). Hervorzuheben ist beim Personal aber der sehr nette Herr an der Bar, der sehr freundlich und aufgestellt war. Schön war auch der neue Wellnessbereich, das Schwimmbad hingegen ist ebenfalls sanierungsbedürftig.

Wir sind früher Jahrelang in dieses Hotel gegangen. Uns hat es immer sehr gefallen. Dieses mal waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht von der Freundlichkeit. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. An der Rezeption waren sie nett aber ein wie war ihr Aufenthalt konnten sie es geniessen Fehlanzeige. Frühstück war lecker. Im Früchtekorb jedoch gab es ein paar schimmelnde Früchte. Der Spa ist sehr schön wie auch die Zimmer.

Un super séjour à Davos

L’hôtel, très joli et stylé, est un endroit merveilleux pour les familles ! Il est situé dans une région magnifique près du golf de Davos. La piscine et les saunas sont magnifiques. Il y a un mini golf gratuit, une place de jeux et plusieurs salles de jeux pour les enfants sans oublier un fitness pour les adultes. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et servi dans un endroit chaleureux. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Un super séjour….
