"My main issue was there was no shower curtain or rod in my bathroom, then when I asked the hosts for one they said they would bring one and never did in two days. I messaged again and would get no response. Thin stairway up to the rooms with a floorboard missing on one of the stairs. Also not a big deal to me but I know others may have a problem that the sink is in the rooms themselves, not the bathroom."

"For some reason, we were given an accessibility room even though I never mentioned I wanted or needed one. Everything was pretty clean and tidy. No complaints really. Staff were nice and helpful. I wish there was a bigger or more noticeable sign outside because we weren't sure where the entrance was when we first arrived."

"This property is in an excellent location and was just what we expected and more. Is very clean, had more than expected amenities and would definitely consider staying here again. The host communication is excellent!I wish the whole booking and payment with VRBO and the host was a bit more streamlined but managed to get thru it.This location is close to lots of options for food and places to go, and is spacious.If you have a car the parking is only on the nearby street’s but that can be interesting, there is a pay lot with a short walk as an option.The noise from College St takes some getting used to, earplugs help a lot (they do have some in the nightstands) as well as whoever the stomper was above us but that is intermittent when they were awake.Overall though for the price and convenience of location makes this an great choice, definitely happy with the A/C and fans to move the air around."

"The unit is essentially brand new and was fully appointed with all the expected amenities. It even had a microwave which was not listed in the amenities list. The neighborhood is in a great downtown location, vibrant, eclectic, diverse and fun. The apartment was also quiet at night. There were some issues worth mentioning. The unit has only one bath, not one and one half baths as listed. The unit entrance is at the rear, in a lane/alley. Arriving at night there was very little lighting. The entry door was not marked either with an address # or any other identification. There was also graffiti on the rear building wall and a pile of leaves and trash just steps from the door which did not make a good impression. And while there was parking in paid lots close by, it is not correct to say it is “onsite.” That said, the host was very responsive and cooperative with any questions or issues we had, particularly when we were arriving."
