The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However, the pictures in the ad were a bit misleading -- I stayed in the queen room and there were no windows. The lighting could have been improved, it was a little harsh. Overall okay but not sure it was worth the price, although I had to book at the last minute so it is possible there are better deals to find.

This hotel was super convenient, close to everything I needed. It was clean and I slept well there. Also great customer service and honored the price listed for early checkout even though they’d raised them since. All in all, great for what I needed.

It’s a very nice little spot that feels very safe. The rooms are well kept. There don’t seem to be any staff members to assist you, all the information is sent digitally which isn’t awful but the process of getting the information was a little stressful just because it was all automated

It was a great place for a great price. Just felt weird that we had to give a 250$ deposit via interact if the room is already 255$. The window we had was a skylight with no curtain and there was a big crack under the door, we could literally pass our fingers under. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the place was clean.

Well worth the money

The rooms had plenty of windows for natural light, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. The bed was very comfortable; the bathroom was small but bright, with a nice layout.

Had a very comfortable stay. The room appeared clean and well maintained. Everything work. Air conditioning very quiet. Slept very well compact but very nice bathroom. There was occasional noise from other guests coming and going in the hallway, but that’s unavoidable given the limited space available. Overall, a very positive experience. We will likely return and would absolutely recommend it.

The room was very good, except that the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. It took 6 DAYS to receive my security deposit back and when I called or texted the company, I barely got any response or it took an eternity. I had to contact them everyday to finally get the 250$ back.

The room was clean and like in the pictures. However, I must give a 2 star for a single reason : there was a big roof window in our room, just above the bed, with no blinds. So I woke up at 6:30 am because the sun light was in my face. Being able to sleep is the most basic function of a hotel room, and it’s not possible to sleep with a big window without blinds or curtains. That’s too bad because everything else was good

The room was clean and quiet. I did not like the idea of having to e-transfer the security deposit prior to being able to access the property. It was a bit of an inconvenience to have to worry about that. I wasn't allowed to access the building until that, with my ID, had been sent. I prefer when all financial transactions are done with a credit card. Sadly, because of this, I won't stay here again.

Two weeks have passed since checkout and I am still waiting for the refund of my $250 damage deposit. Despite multiple attempts, there has been no response and no way to reach anyone to resolve the issue. A refundable deposit should be returned promptly after checkout. This has not happened. I would not recommend staying here.
