"Ideal location and the shopping centre car park had direct access into the hotel. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room. Nice to have fresh milk in the mini bar rather than long life. A couple more herbal teas would have been good rather than just 1 green and 1 peppermint."

"We had another wonderful stay for a birthday trip. Room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! (superior room). Had a nice drink in the bar last night too. They kindly stored our bags for us for a few hours after we checked out, as we wanted to go back into the city before our train home. We will definitely be back! "

The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions or recommendations. They clearly take pride in the hotel and in making guests feel at home. What I loved most was the balance: just a few minutes’ walk from Chester’s shops, pubs, and restaurants, yet peacefully quiet once you return for the night.
