"The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Check-in was fast and welcoming. When we got to our room, it was time to go out and watch the fireworks. It was a cold night, we came back to the hotel and it was lovely and warm, the bar staff and security were so helpful, we had a takeaway and they allowed us cutlery and plates. Then in the morning, the breakfast was organised, no queue, you give your room number in and then you are seated. Good choice of food, bread, breakfast cereal, yoghurt, fruit juice, plus your bacon, eggs, and sausage. Can't wait to book again! room 116 Karen and Karl "
