"this was a very nice place to stay but the parking is a problem i had to park on the main street to no parking near our room only down fall "

"Convenient location with excellent garden surroundings. Spacious room with comfortable bed and nice pillows. Large, well equipped bathroom. The room had an aircon that looked brand new but when running it made a growling noise in the pipework every 30 seconds or so - fortunately the weather was such that it was not required on during the night. Planned to have a quick dinner on site only to find the kitchen was operating that evening. Turned out to be blessing in disguise as we instead drove to a Thai restaurant about 5 minutes away and had a fantastic meal there."

"The room was a bit small and the aircon was noisy to start with and settled to an acceptable level. Breakfast is not available and the receptionist only suggestion was to go to McDonalds which I thought was a bit poor as there are a number of eatery's in Rockhampton that are much better."

"Pool was nice for a quick swim prior to getting access to my room."

"Small but clean studio apartment, good facilities although a chair in the room would have been appreciated and more than 2 coat hangers were needed. The Spa bath with shower was not easy to get into and would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Excellent views from the balcony."
