"When reserving this significantly priced location, we were seeking a room that had a kitchenette in reality. The kitchenette that exist in these facilities is not sufficient for the type of traveler who wishes to make meals of any sort within the premise there is no venting for additional moisture caused by boiling water or smells caused from cooking something with onions for example, there were no sharp knives no capability of cutting some sort of vegetable or fruit the setting is beautiful. The view of the kitchen is very pretty, but there is no realistic way that you can make a claim to have a kitchenette. If you don’t have the ability to actually cook in the facility provided additionally but not part of this review, the idea that a steep peak metal roof in a snowy environment without snow, angels or some way of keeping the ice from sliding down over the entryway is OK is kind of strange to me. I would correct that lastly, as water began to pull in the walkway Nearly 8 inches of water accumulated in the active walkway and we had to climb around the facility regardless the locally located or rather co-located dining area I believe called bar and bites was fantastic and made the difference in the entire stay. We enjoyed the stay we enjoyed the bed. It was perfect. We enjoyed the view. It was perfect, but don’t claim to have a kitchenette if it doesn’t really exist, even though you have two hot plates"

"The staff that checked me in on Thursday night wad one of the sweetest I have ever interacted with at a hotel. Room was incredibly clean and very nice. Beds were comfy. Climate control was perfect. The Dove toiletries were a nice touch and I always love the big bottles in there rather than the individual tiny ones. Only hiccups were that the water was luke warm on one night and completely cold the next morning. Took my shower early on night 2 and it was nice and hot. My work colleague on another floor also had cold water in the morning. I haven’t been in a hotel with room service since before Covid. I came back and was surprised to see the room was cleaned up and the bed was made. Such a nice treat. Also, the cinnamon rolls… 10/10. They are amazing. The snack selection up front is sparse and expensive. Overall a nice stay with some of the best and friendliest staff, but the tepid/cold shower twice was definitely something that could keep me from coming back. "

"Tracy and the other hostesses I’d give 10s to. Very nice and accommodating. Problem is the rooms and allowing dogs. Had I known this place was a hotel/kennel never would have stayed there. I have never stayed in a room in a hotel where I wanted to throw up because of the dog s$$t smell that penetrated the carpets and urine in one of the rooms we stayed in. I absolutely LOVE dogs but a hotel is for people not animals (even though many people act like them). Oh and every freakin sink clogged up in the three different rooms we stayed in. Horrible. And the toilets never flushed easily. People who worked there are great but the rooms themselves—naah never again sorry. Hilton needs to be better and I expected better from such a reputable name."

"Meh, check in was meh. I commented on that earlier. Check out was meh. Very unenthusiastic staff asked about confirming no incidental changes “we’ll email it to you. I like to confirm before I leave “. Makes me wait then says “balance is zero”. As I said less than enthusiastic Whole building had weird smell. It’s under construction and you feel and see it"

"The public areas of the property are very nice, spacious, clean & modern. Pool & restaurants are great. Rooms in major need of renovations (which I believe are planned for the summer of 2026)."

"While booking the room. Expedia changed the date. I should have reviewed it but it was Thursday night and I was tired. I clicked go and then reallized I just booked a hotel 3 hours away for that night, not Saturday as it read when I started the booking. Tried to cancel but it was too latesince it was present time. I contacted expedia texted with a robot for 15 min then got a real person texting. Was told it was the hotels policy and nothing expedia could do. I left a message with the hotel. A woman from the hotel called me Friday morning and said she would cancel my payment for me. Unfortunately the money was put into my expedia account for future use. So 5 for the hotel & its staff. 0 for expedia for its crappy website and unwillingness to try to get my money back."
