I found the check-in a little confusing, but got it figured out with Eusebio’s help on the phone. We stayed during a heat wave, and there is no air conditioning. It is noisy as the trains run constantly, probably nosier because we had the balcony door open because of the heat. "Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for multiple nights. "

"Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling. That said, once inside the apartment was adequate. There was an issue with a water/toilet leak in the bathroom. The kitchen is small with limited kitchen items available ("

"Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. "

"Amazing apartment. Beautifully decorated and upgraded. Perfectly clean. Private well-kept garden. Large parking spot. Clean neat driveway. Everything was thought of ...tea, coffee, milk, dishsoap,shampoo,soap, even laundry pods!!!! Absolutely worthwhile.. wish we had known about this with our many visits to Guildford previously - would have avoided some horrors!Rent with no trepidation and full expectation of perfect!"
