"Great location 1/2 block from Times Square! Right next door 24hr deli that was delicious! Clean room and great staff! "

"We had a twin double bed room with a mini sette. It was great as a family of 3 adults and one child. Lots of places to charge our devices and plenty of counter space for the abundance of snacks that we ended up buying in the town centre. Staff were extremely warm and polite. One helped carry my nephew down the lift and into the lobby as he wasn’t feeling well. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we wanted to venture out into the food scene in New York City. But we did use the market downstairs as we were allocated a daily allowance of $15 to use there. But overall, excellent cleanliness and staff. Only regret is not being able to go to the fitness centre as I was tired all day of exploring the city high and low. But it looked great upon first views. "

"the staff here is probably the most unfriendly in NY. The guys manning the front desk in the evening as well as the security personnel need a re-fresh in what it means to make guests feel welcome. the room is in need of a serious refresh and the carpets a deep clean, but thats easy enough to overlook for the price and location. It s the staff behaving like thugs that really makes this a hotel to absolutly skip. "

"Clean rooms, staff was always friendly and courteous, express checkout is always a breeze, room service was quick. Only downside was the amount of time you have to wait for and little space inside elevators. There are 3 elevators, but basically only 2 work all the time as one is used also for service and they have to serve 40+ floors taking too much time sometimes to leave or get into your room. Besides this minor inconvenience, our time at this hotel was great and the location was ideal as it is close to several Subway stations. There is also a nice restaurant next to its entrance. "

"We had a great time, room was so small though- we’d done an upgrade for a bigger room- zero room for luggage! Maybe good for a one night stay but not ideal for a longer trip "

"After considering the reviews I was worried. But my stay was great, especially since I was only in my room to sleep; most of my time was spent out of it. Managed to get early check in at 2:45pm and I think lines form at the elevators because people don’t understand them. "
