I did not have WIFI FOR 7 DAYS . Told staff 3 to 4 times. Finally had WIFI on day 8.. Breakfast was great . Air conditioner very loud. Pool and hot tub enjoyable. Asked for a credit regarding WIFI and will see what happens.

When we checked in we were upgraded to a fantastic room. The views at this resort are incredible. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and the onsite restaurant was the best.

The bathroom was extremely small including a shower that was minute. The electricity in the bathroom flickered on and off. Amenities were barely existent. It took 4 days for the “heated” pool to warm up to be useable. No maid service ALL week. We had to go to the laundry room to get fresh towels. ...

Such a Fun Trip!!
We had the best time in Marathon! The house was, clean, cozy and comfortable and the AC worked great! We loved the spacious areas for hanging out downstairs and the pool and hot tub were wonderful!!!!
