Good little spot for a family or small group

"Property was at the north end of Marathon so short drive to restaurants, stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet we really felt like we were the only ones there which was great. House was clean and had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, working grill, plenty of towels/sheets/blankets/pillows. ..."
