"Very clean, great staff !!"

"From the first moment we checked in the TV didn't work. We called the desk and they sent the maintenance "engineer "😆 with 2 different remotes to try to get the tv to work. He finally was able to turn the TV but the volume didn't work. So the maintenance "engineer " 😆had to come back with 2 more remotes to fix the volume on the TV. The toilet didn't flush properly!! They sent the maintenance "engineer" 😆 to supposedly fix it and it was not able to and we were not offered another room!! The entire stay was a CRAP SHOW!! On top of all of that I had I personal hygiene items missing from my luggage along with my phone and apple chargers!! I reported it to the front desk manager and I am still waiting for a call back from her almost a week later!!! This is a 1and done for me. First time staying in a Marriott hotel and will definitely be the last!!!!!"

"Family-friendly, dog-friendly, clean, and a lot of activities avaliable on the property. The downside is that everything is an extra charge and expensive. Some staff was very friendly and helpful while others were rude and about as helpful as a poopsicle. Overall a nice stay and would consider visiting again. "

"The hotel has great amenities, close to Disney Springs, and regular shuttles to all Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed the hot tub. We used the food option at the Tiki Bar several times. Convenient and not over priced. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is top notch. From check in through check out and everyone in between. "

"The restaurant was disappointing for a resort hotel. I would expect to be able to order from a menu with a variety of selections. It seemed to be closed in the evening so I could not have an evening meal or late night snack."
