"The Pink Beach House is a wonderful property and we found it to be exactly as advertised in the listing. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Bedrooms had lots of pillows and bathrooms included blow driers.Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, including a blender, coffee pot (drip and Keurig), toaster and plenty of cookware and dishes. I appreciated the collection of spices left from previous guests. There is also a cabinet with left behind bug spray and sunscreen. Plenty of beach towels were provided.The pool deck and view were gorgeous. We enjoyed many cups of coffee while watching and listening to the waves. We had high winds for a few days, which blew debris into the pool. I messaged the hostess and the pool guy was there within a few hours to give it a quick cleaning. Very nice pool loungers and the garage is jam packed with beach gear and water activities, including a SUP, beach cornhole, pool floaties, beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, sand toys and tons of snorkel gear and swim shoes. It was truly a treasure trove! There are also 3 tandem kayaks.The garage has two washer/dryer sets and two grills. The sea is only 2-4 feet deep nearly all the way to the reef line, so it was great to snorkel around and see all the fish hanging out in the sea grass.Rum Point and Kaibo are only a few minutes away, with access to lots of activities. "

They have the house fully stocked with linens, towels, games, bikes, snorkeling gear, kayaks, everything you would need in a kitchen and more. The host communicated from the time we booked (provided a document on where to go for drinks & eats and sights to see) through our stay there. "

"Very nice property. Easy swim out to reef to snorkel. Need water shoes as waterfront is more rocky. Great layout for 4 couples. Two nice beach clubs (kaibo and rum point) with good restaurants 10 minutes away. Not as touristy as seven mile beach. Would go back!"

"The house, pool and view are beautiful! The house is so spacious. There were nine of us and we had so much privacy. We loved our time in the 60 foot pool and hot tub, and loved the sitting areas outside. We drove down to Rum Point a few times. They have very nice restaurants and starfish point was amazing! We are so happy we chose this house!!!!"
