"This hotel is ideally located for the old part of Granada, around the cathedral. There are a number of bars in adjacent streets, and this was great for our evening's entertainment, but we were disturbed a little at 2.30am by noisy revellers in the street, returning home. The member of staff at reception was friendly and helpful when we checked in. We had a junior suite, which was essentially two small rooms knocked into one, which was therefore quite spacious. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower worked well. Breakfast was well presented, but there is not a great deal of room in the breakfast area, and this limits the available options a little. We liked this hotel a lot and look forward to staying there again in the future."

"Lovely clean hotel, simple check in and out. Great little pool with bar. Nice bar by reception and great breakfast. (Didn't have dinner). Happy to store luggage on last day and were kind enough to extend my check out time as I had a late flight. Loved the location. It IS up a very steep hill but personally, I loved walking off my dinner each night I went out and it's a lovely stroll down (it's an oasis of birdsong and trickling water!) Right opposite Alhambra and very convenient C32 bus that is pretty much all you need for a city stay. Few little shops nearby. Rooms are functional, although there are no drawers at all in the bedroom and small wardrobe. It's a well priced hotel and I highly recommend (been back twice so far, recommended to others who visited and enjoyed their stay and I will return again too.)"

"The hotel is stunning! Walking up the spiral staircase was a dream and I hardly took the elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and very pretty. Overall an excellent stay, though I did see what other reviews mentioned which was that the property could use some maintenence. Little light flickers, a tap that sometimes drips, etc. But the charm of the building is more than enough to make up for that."
