"The room was spacious and very comfortable. We arrived late and they had a late check in service which they explained their late check in procedure and it was handled well and easy to follow. The fact that it was a cold rainy night and when we opened the door to our room to find the heater was already on and the room nice and warm was a really nice touch. "I appreciated having the two storey room - ideal to have a separate space from kids for TV, and then when they go to bed. It is open to the upstairs, so you can still hear them if you're downstairs (an advantage for me). In room facilities were good, I enjoyed the spa bath and Mor products in the bathroom.
