"Great"

"Location: Good, very close to many attractions Staff: Even with more than one staff member present..only took one customer at a time..while the other 2 were looking at the computer screen and never looked up once or was on their phone. Breakfast: Chaos! Everything is poor quality…room temp at best. Waffle station always a mess! Cereal was never restocked during my stay. At least the coffee was good! Pool: Always had debris floating in it and looks like it needs a good cleaning!!! Garbage in the halls piled up everyday and you can hear every door slamming close! Would not stay here again."

"Coco is a pretty property and in a semi walkable area. The only complaint would be the food. The choices were limited so we ate elsewhere most of the time"

"Room was great we got the biggest room they had which I suggest not much more money every thing was close we also ate mushrooms which I don’t suggest cause we got lost just going across the street and couldn’t find the hotel for over a hour but we had a great trip lol and great stay "

"I love the fact that we had cleaning services for the room everyday day, they would change the towels , replace whatever is needed, empty the bin and so on. I also like the fact that they offer towels for the pool. I like the fact that there is a food court downstairs even though it is a bit expensive. I like the fact that I got a room with a nice view. I like the location too, close enough to almost everything. I would definite recommend your resort"

"My name is Sherika Collins, and I recently stayed at Sheraton Vistana Resort from April 17–19. Prior to arrival, I requested a change from twin beds to double beds and was assured it was noted. At check-in, this was not honored, and the interaction with the front desk was dismissive. After escalation, a manager corrected the room and agreed to a 1 PM late checkout. However, the room had a strong odor, requiring us to purchase cleaning supplies. Basic items like washcloths were missing, with long delays that disrupted our plans. When confirming late checkout, I experienced extended hold times and it was ultimately reduced to 12 PM. The shuttle text system was unreliable, and on checkout day, housekeeping knocked aggressively mid-morning, unaware of the late checkout—highlighting clear communication gaps. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to service issues, miscommunication, and lack of follow-through. I ask that this matter be reviewed and that an appropriate customer courtesy be extended in light of these inconveniences."
