Nature, lots of birds of prey soaring overhead. The eastern festoon butterflies. The view.

Staff exceptional, clean room and spacious

These traditional houses are amazing and walk back in time to a simpler life yet very comfortable. Situated in a tiny village high in the hills behind Iraklion yet only 20 minutes drive into the city. We had a lovely time and stayed for 3 days.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home! The owners Marilena & Giannis welcomed us to Minos with genuine kindness. Check in was easy & efficient with Marilena explaining room details & general Minos information as she showed us our room. We were given a delightful room with water views. The entire complex is spotlessly clean & tidy, with a delightful breakfast area, books to read & easy access to the property from front or rear entries. Marilena offered us useful information on the local...

Beautiful new build hotel with exceptional space and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An easy walk into the old town or down to harbour and taxis were very affordable in Heraklion if needed.

The property was excellent. It was in a great location, with good restaurants and supermarkets around. We could walk to the port area about 1 km away. It was spacious, clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We really valued the washing machine and gym. The area was very quiet. The only issue we had was that the pool was heavily chlorinated and caused some skin irritation with my husband. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The property exceeded my expectations. I was a bit dubious of all the positive reviews, but it’s true. The place is spotless, the bathroom is so gorgeous I decided to give myself a little impromptu pamper night in! The tv is massive and the room is almost like a studio or serviced apartment, it is well equipped and immaculate. The cleaner who I met when I arrived early to drop my bags was so kind and Effie spoke to me on the phone and helped me organise a taxi for my early morning flight. Thank...

Wonderful and attentive staff. Modern hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel , loved staying here , loved everything about the hotel , very friendly staff

Newly build complex around 10m drive from Heraklion center. We stayed in the suite which had a seperate Queen bed and 2 x single beds in living room. It is a great place to stay! Rooms are spacious, beds super comfortable. Room is super modern. There is a good size fridge, washing machine and cooking appliances. The gym is decent, and there is a pool. Parking is tricky at night but they have a dedicated parking area which only fits around 7 cars. We always managed to find a spot even if it was...
