"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey.
