"Even though we where supposed to be a VIP customer, we received a room with a small window facing a construction a few feet away. After I asked for another room they put me on a "waiting list" shortly after I got a call that they might have a front room but there would be an additional charge of 90Euro a day. After I talked to a manager, they reduced the surcharge to 50Euro a day. We took the room which was very nice and had a great view."

"The location is great. Hotel staff are not very helpful. I had to ask 3 times to have an iron finally sent up to my room. The worst part for me was that my sink and shower both drained very slowly. I let the hotel know and they had someone come to make sure the drains were ok, but it continued to be a problem. My stay was ok. I wouldn’t there here again though."

"It was a little confusing to find the apartment and I feared that it would be really loud because it was in the heart of everything ~ once inside, it was gorgeous, well appointed, and the location was ideal with a phenomenal view of the river and bridges. "This hotel is beautiful inside, very clean, and with a great location. We walked to all tourist attractions during our two days stay, and there were multiple good restaurants within walking distance too. Inside the hotel there are water bottle refill stations available. Also, coffee and snacks vending machines in the main lobby near the elevators. It was also very easy to request an Uber to the airport from the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."
