"From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the experience was wonderful. The staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, helped with my bags, and even asked about my journey. They explained everything clearly — from dining times to the pool, spa, and other amenities. One of the team members, Arun, went above and beyond. He gave me detailed guidance on what to do around the area, the best timings for activities, and even let me know that if I ordered anything via the Talabat app, the hotel could deliver it directly to my room. The service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and because it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with extra drinks and a small cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything was spot on. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Arun, who made sure I had the best experience both inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again."

Hotel was clean, many amenities, access to spa and above all the staff, it really makes a difference to the stay and feel of the country you are visiting. A special mention to Nas Cho, Anjana, Sana, Grishma and Manisha for greeting and serving us with upmost love and friendliness.
