Had a really enjoyable stay at West Walk Retaj. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was amazing and the services they offered were brilliant. Very close to restaurant and shops. Security and team were helpful in loading and unloading bags from taxi. Breakfast was 10/10. Everyday room got cleaned. Would definitely recommend this to others. You won’t be let down.

The hotel is excellent and comfortable and its location is close to the restaurants and cafes, but its drawback is the short of staff due to the full reservations of the rooms.

We booked a family suite room which was fairly large with a comfortable layout and an excellent view. However, our experience with calling the reception was not the best as they sometimes didn't pick up and never called back. Moreover, I believe the breakfast buffet options were lacking a little considering that we were told it was an international menu. The queue at the egg station was also quite lengthy. Despite this, the food itself was pretty good and the location of the hotel is amazing. There are multiple food choices within walking distance and a Monop' grocery nearby if you need any essentials. It is a beautiful place to walk around, even during the summer, as the outdoor area of West Walk is air conditioned.

The rooms were way too loud, you could gear everything until late in the night, on the ground floor mall they drilled until deep into the night, and the elevator makes an annoying ding sound that wakes you up the whole night due to missing noise isolation in the rooms. Rest was OK.

Fire alarm was activated for both nights, at 2:00 AM when ur fully asleep. You call the reception to check and no one answers. Terrible experience…. At the end they tell you false alarm.
