He is a cheerful, friendly, and respectful man. I express my sincere respect to everyone, especially him. There is one point I would like to mention in all sincerity, and I spoke with the management, the reception, and Hani. It is about the disturbing noise coming from the upper room, which causes noise and disturbance while sleeping. The reason is the air conditioning. Solving this problem requires maintenance, nothing more. I hope they do it. The hotel offers all the features a guest needs for comfort, including tranquility. The price is very reasonable. The place consists of a spacious room, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen, which is what anyone would want. Kitchen facilities are available. The cleanliness is excellent, and I thank all the staff there from the bottom of my heart. The parking lot is spacious and has ample space. My advice: I recommend staying at this hotel. "From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the experience was wonderful. The staff at reception gave me a warm welcome, helped with my bags, and even asked about my journey. They explained everything clearly — from dining times to the pool, spa, and other amenities. One of the team members, Arun, went above and beyond. He gave me detailed guidance on what to do around the area, the best timings for activities, and even let me know that if I ordered anything via the Talabat app, the hotel could deliver it directly to my room. The service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and because it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with extra drinks and a small cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, everything was spot on. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Arun, who made sure I had the best experience both inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again."
