Great hotel the staff were fantastic nothing too much trouble was upgraded off a delayed flight and nothing was too much trouble. Locationnis ideal near Joann metro and a plethora of Uber drivers will take you anywhere for reasonable fares.

My family and I stayed for one night, with breakfast and dinner included. The jacuzzi in the men's room was being fixed, and the swimming pool water was chilly. I hope they warm up the pool. Also, I wish there were more food choices for kids and a play area for them.

We stayed in the executive suite, which was spacious and very clean. Check in was straightforward apart from being told that my children would need extra beds at an extra cost which was not advertised when making the booking on Expedia. Considering the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children I would assume the room would have enough beds to sleep 4 people. Obaid who checked us in was very accommodating and understanding despite this. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. I felt the service was slow and not of 5 star standard. The dinner menu was also very repetitive and not a lot of variety especially with the desserts. Staff was however very pleasant and welcoming. Overall not a bad experience, but definitely room for improvement.

Very clean and calm

Very clean hotel and baby friendly - free cot was provided on arrival and staff were very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Buffet breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Hotel pool was also really nice and relaxing - we would go around 11am and it would be completely empty (which was nice actually). Checkout was easy too, just have to wait while they check the room in case we forgot anything. Only thing I wish they would improve on is their contact - I tried to contact them before we went to Qatar through online messaging service and they wouldn’t reply to my message, they would just reply details on discounts and offers. Other than that the hotel itself is great and I would definitely go again whenever I visit Doha.

As soon as I walked into the room I loved how fresh and clean it looked. I stayed for a total of 7 nights. The first morning I did not realise I need to leave the sign out for the room to be tidied. I went to reception at 4pm and asked if I could get water bottles and coffee top ups. It was immediately actioned and my cleaning attendant Murtaza completed my requests. The next day Murtaza cleaned my room early morning upon my request and I finished the water bottles by 5pm (its so hot and humid in Doha at the moment). I noticed him cleaning a nearby room and asked I could have more water and coffee. He happily said ‘sure’ and let me take how many I liked. (I only need 4 bottles to keep me going till the following day) . Everyone is so attentive at this hotel and always happy to help. The dinner is lovely and I really wanted to compliment the chef but they told me he is downstairs. I hope he was told how much I enjoyed his biryani. The hotel is a 6 minute walk from Joaan Metro Gold line Station which was perfect. I took the metro everywhere I went. One single journey costs 2 QR and capped at 6 QR.
