"The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel."

"All gone wrong… maps tooks you to another building, the phone number is wrong, it takes forever to get rid of the chat bot and talk to a real person, then you got the place phone number, but … the receptionist only speaks Spanish (not French and English as promised) . After get directions, the rooms does not look like the pictures, no plates , no pillows, no tables at outdoor, just an empty apartment (the linens and towels were there..) "The area surrounding the hostel is great, plenty of shops and dining options however check in was a bit tricky but the hostel staff was great at solving my issues. The room is extremely small but warm and clean, my only issue was the size of the bathroom it was complicated to take shower without getting water all over the place. It was good just for a few hours of sleep."
