"The property was nice and the room was quiet. It was not convenient to have signs of alcohol beverage restrictions (wine glasses only provided with wine and age restrictions on the purchase of alcohol)and then be told there are none available. The evening staff needs help because they are the host, server and cook all alone. Many people expressed concerns with the length of time it took to get simple food warmed up in a countertop oven. The espresso machine was also down and then when repaired you could not get certain drinks due to continued issues with the steamer. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very nice patio to enjoy the outside. Buy your food there and do not pay extra though an app or online booking."

"The room was perfect including the private patio! However it was odd when there was a wedding reception happening out there mid day. The staff were all absolutely phenomenal (Cammie, Lisa, and Benjamin) as well as the concierge!! All great top tier service "

"The home was situated in a good location when entering Fountain Hills. The backyard, pool and hot tub were nice, but I spent more time skimming the leaves out then using it. The kitchen area was large and worked good for our party of 4, however the house overall could use some renovations. Multiple electrical outlets were loose. One behind my bed was hanging out of the wall with no plate. The showers did not have the greatest pressure, bathroom fixture was loose. Master bedroom closet had visible water damage and mold on base trim. 3 out of the 4 beds were uncomfortably firm and pillows very soft. The cleanliness of the home was average with some wash cloths, towels and pillows had stains on them. An old and dirty bathroom towel was found stuffed behind one of the beds between the mattress and wall. The Welcome Binder on the kitchen table was stained brown and needed updating. The appliances worked good. Kitchen was stocked, but non-stick cookware was pretty worn. Grill worked good, but cleaning brush was disgusting. Cooling mister spray nozzles out back were mostly clogged and did not work well. Smoke detector went off with low battery in the middle of the night and was finally found in the back shelf of a closet. Overall, we still had a good week, but was a little disappointed with the property in some aspects given the price and decent looking pictures. I think it could be a very nice house with some updates and proper repairs. Host responded quickly. "

"Highly recommend this property. We were a group of 10 biding from out of state and the house was roomy, well- stocked very clean and perfectly accommodating to our large group. The host provided clear instructions and our entire trip was a success. We appreciate all of the extras that were in this rental as it truly made a difference!"

"HORRIBLE HOUSE WEEK!We were REALLY disappointed with our stay. We brought our family for spring break, but from the start, things went wrong. The entry code didn’t work, leaving all seven of us stranded with luggage outside. Once inside, the house looked nice at first glance, but the kitchen sink was BADLY damaged and stained. Did not even want to use it! We found old food both inside and outside on the cabinets. The BIGGEST issue was that we requested the pool to be heated, but it never was. The hot tub also smelled awful, and the water was cloudy. Despite contacting the host, multiple times, no one ever came. So SAD to see the kids cry and none of us able to swim during a very hot week!!! We also had a shower that wouldn’t drain, and though we were promised a handyman, he never arrived, so my husband fixed the gross drain himself. On top of that, the front room rug was stained, and the couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were sparse—just the bare minimum—and you are only given one washcloth and one hand towel per person all week. Had to do laundry on them. Soap dispensers not filled as stated.If this is what you want, book it.It was NOT what we expected for a vacation.”"
