Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.
To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.
Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late in checking out will be charged for an additional night's stay and may be evicted without refund.
Failure to return keys to NewsXpress within 30 minutes after check-out will result in a $50 fee. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge.
Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.

Check in was a super easy process. They provided great instructions on how to get to the parking. The whole process was filled with really clear communication that made our trip easy. The rooms very super clean and it had a beautiful view. We will be staying here for our next holiday on the gold coast.
