This magnificent home has been purpose built to optimize space and facilities for a world class holiday home located on the waterfront in Broadbeach Waters.

Would absolutely recommend.The house was excellent for our needs. Very spacious areas, good-sized bedrooms and well kitted out kitchen. Having 10 people in residence it was lovely to be able to all sit around both the indoor and outdoor tables without squashing up.Super easy check in/out process though you won't get access info until the day of check in.The team were very helpful and even had a quick call to confirm everything was okay once we had arrived.One negative - the pool table is very slanted into the middle which did give us lots of laughs trying to play :)

Beautiful peaceful stay

We had an amazing time having our group stay at the mansion. It was so comfortable, clean, and had everything that we needed. Beautiful views! Only thing that we were missing was dishwasher soap. But everything else was FANTASTIC! We have memories to last a lifetime.

Spacious and contemporary - just perfect!

C'est La Vie was an ideal choice when hosting a family group from interstate. I viewed many properties and kept returning to C'est La Vie, and I'm so glad I did. The property was immaculate, modern and uber comfortable. The open-plan kitchen perfect was for entertaining (I was in here a lot!). We were at full capacity in all rooms, yet there was still plenty of space and privacy given the number of bathrooms and spacious layout. The location was excellent too, plenty of on-street parking if needed, a bottle shop and small deli one minute walk away, and a comfortable 20 min walk (or 5 min drive) to the bars and restaurants at the casino. Gosh I could wake up to that view any day! Suffice to say, my family was blown away with the weekend that we planned for them on the GC. Surprisingly good value too, especially with a group up to 16 people. Highly recommended!

What a fabulous house. We have stayed with Elite holiday homes for six years and the houses just keep getting better. Cest La Vie was everything we could have wished for. Open and airy wonderful amenities and position. the only thing we could have wished for was a couple of extra days. We have started to make plans for our next years stay.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning property. However we would have preferred solar heated pool as it can get quite cool with the shade hitting the pool early afternoon. Also i believe window shades would be great in the main living area as the sun beams early morning and can get quite hot in there watching TV. Apart from this we enjoyed our 2 week stay. Also thanks to karen who was prompt with any issues arising. It was nice dealing with you.

We had a great stay at this property, fabulous setting, really comfortable and well equipped. The pool was great and the outside and BBQ area fantastic for lazy holiday evenings over a glass of wine. Also loved how spacious it was, lots of nice communal areas for large groups but also enough space to be able to have some quiet time away from the crowd if wanted. Great set up. We had a blast.

Excellent lay out, suits large family groups, spotless and new. Check in and out seemlessly and well situated. The only drawback we found was that being a large living area without carpet or rugs the room echoed, making it very noisy inside when several people in conversation or tv on. Otherwise would highly recommend it.

Large group luxury!

Our family group stayed here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very well set up for entertaining and the pool and views were very relaxing. The finishes and soft furnishings really complimented the high quality lighting and entertainment systems. The team at elite holiday homes were very easy to communicate with and made the process simple from start to finish. There are shops and a park a short distance away which was great too. Plenty of parking. Wonderful!
