"Just what you would expect from Hyatt: clean and well-appointed. This hotel is located among great restaurants, in walking distance. The big bonus is the metro stop right outside the front door, which takes you right where you want to go."

"I’ve been using this hotel for over 7 years. They are amazing and do their best for the best stay."

"Room was clean but requires significant maintenance. Paint chipping off walls. Parking was ample, but there were piles and piles of trash in the rear of the parking lot. Elevator had duct tape on it, which wasn’t comforting. Staff were nice during interactions, but had to wait at desk for them for a while. Bed was comfy and shower had a lot of water pressure. Outlets were loose so had to constantly readjust them to charge items before trip. I would not stay here again unless forced to."

"The first thing I noticed when entering the room was a bug on the curtains. Then the hair was left behind in the bathroom, particularly around the shower. The floors were stained. I paid in advance for continental breakfast and only able to select certain items that would’ve been free at other establishments. It was $2 for an apple and the breakfast charge was $10. The stay overall was below average. I do not recommend."
