LITTLE PATCH OF HEAVEN is just that, a sanctuary tucked away in mature trees in the most quiet, beautiful setting imaginable. This private, hidden retreat is unmatched in quality & design. The romantic master retreat is dreamy with its own television, fireplace, giant soaker tub, luxurious walk-in shower and more! Stretch-out & relax in the spacious living room. Curl up in the luxuriously soft blankets, watch a movie on the giant screen after a long day hiking in Zion.

Hosts are available to help you with anything you might need or request.

Lydia's Canyon is home to several families who farm and enjoy the country life. You will see fish ponds, wild turkeys, deer, and happy hikers enjoying the canyon road. Our area is top-rated for bird watching. Our "neighborhood" is welcoming and you will not find a more lovely people anywhere in the world than right here in Glendale.

We are honored to have the unique property that was originally farmed and homesteaded by my grandfather. We delight in sharing this beautiful canyon retreat with those looking for privacy, peace, and all the comforts of home.

Centrally located within the heart of Zion & Bryce country, PATCH OF HEAVEN is a hidden gem. Often described as being the most relaxing, romantic, dreamy and unique place you'll ever stay. What could be better than falling asleep amid the colorful Quakie Aspens and waking up to birds singing?

PATCH OF HEAVEN features a king master bedroom with private smart tv, laundry facilities with supplies included, dining area with seating for four, living space with smart TV, full kitchen with new appliances, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and 1.5 bathrooms for your convenience.

Private sweet house

Loved our stay! We had everything we needed to cook our meals before and after our national park adventures! Incredibly situated between zion and bryce so neither one was hard to get to! Tulips blooming and birds singing were wonderful!

The perfect place

We stayed at Patch of Heaven for an entire week and it was the perfect place and location to use as our home base while we adventured in Zion and Bryce and other local places. Check in and check out was easy and everything we needed for the week was there. It was comfortable, quiet and private. We will definitely stay with East Zion properties if we travel that way again!

Cabin was exactly as described and hosts thought of every convenience for a multiple-night stay. Conveniently located between Bryce and Zion. Washer/dryer allowed us to pack light. Kitchen was well-equipped. Perfect!

I was looking for a peaceful place to stay that wasn’t a hotel. This was perfect. The drive to and from Glendale was a bonus. Very scenic.

Our stay was soooo great. Perfecty located so we could see so Many things even with a rain out at Bryce !!! We made breakfast without a glitch. We laundered our clothes and the taxidermy shop was an added treasure for the guys!!!! Such a delight!!! So many things to do!!! THANK YOU!!!

Our Little Patch of Heaven Cottage @ East Zion

The communication was easy to understand and follow. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was private. The front deck and back deck was more than we expected. It was great to have the grill. It was a great location for all of our sight seeing with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this house to everyone and anyone visiting your area. The guest book and visitor book was great information. Thank you again!

Avoid the crowds

First time visiting Southern Utah. So much to see but it’s impossible to see it all in one trip. This location provides a great balance of Zion and Bryce along with several state parks and attractions. Clean, comfortable with good bed and plenty of space indoors and outdoor spaces as well. One of my favorite spots was on the covered deck in the morning with a cup of coffee and the sun rising over the hills. With limited time, we didn’t get to spend much time cooking but it looks like it has everything a person would need. Would recommend unless you need handicap accessibility.

Great spot between Zion and Bryce Canyon NP's

It is a lovely and functional house, nestled up in the hill above a beautiful valley. There are tent sites nearby but only add to the serenity and comfortable feeling of home after a long day in the national parks and trails. We enjoyed the well supplied and thought out kitchen. There was every amenity available. Would have been nice to have some television broadcasts at the end of the day, but not what we came to do, so it was ok. The home seemed very new and well decorated. The bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Easy to get to almost anything you could need for shopping and eating, etc.

Kitchen was clean as was the bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of privacy and the unit was very comfortable. Didn’t use the TV. WiFi was great. Laundry facilities was a plus. There’s a Family Dollar located on Rt89 which w passed between Zion and Patch of Heaven in case you need anything. Entering Zion from the East was beautiful. The lack of cell service proved a challenge on check-in but ultimately everything went well. Just make sure you make sure you have your checkin info accessible and saved. Be prepared if you arrive at dark ! The hard left u-turn into the drive is easy to miss. Just look for the Patch sign Thanks to our host for keeping a porch light on for us!

Clean and cozy home. Our host Jeremy reached out to let us know he was available should we need anything. Serene location. The proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon made this a perfect spot for us. About 35 minutes to Zion and approximately 50 minutes to Bryce. We enjoyed our stay!
