"Room was totally neglected. TV did not work. Could not be turned on manually or with remote. Remote had back of it missing and batteries taped in and did not work. Refrigerator could not be turned on. The dial inside was missing. The coffee maker would not work. There was no toilet paper roll holder. Toilet paper was sitting on the tub. The laundry room door had a sign on it out of order. The ice machine in the hall did not work. There was no breakfast that was supposed to be included as the kitchen area was closed in the morning. It was supposed o be open from 7am to 9 am. The attendant left right after we checked in at 9 pm so there was no one to contact about all the problems. Called but phone just rang and not able to leave a message. Yes this was a terrible experience. Contacted to hotel on line about the problems. Response was no one available right now but would get back to us. We never have received any communication back from them. We also sent pictures of all the problems and no response!!!!"
